Shipping and Returns

If the item was a gift and you choose to return it we can either refund the purchase to original card or issue a gift card to the recipient of the gift.


Yes you can.


Contact Customer Service and we will provide shipping label for the return.


Please make sure the item is inside another box or garment bag to protect the original box or packaging. If the item is breakable please ensure that it is packed correctly. Please keep your tracking # handy if you have shipped it, otherwise we have no way of tracking the return shipment and are not responsible for lost shipments. You will just have to pay the shipping to return an Item that is not defective. You may send your package back via FedEx (if it was shipped FedEx) or UPS. Please keep your tracking # handy so you can ensure we received your return. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to our error or a defective product contact us for a prepaid shipping label. We will email the prepaid shipping label to you and you can drop your package off at any FedEx location or schedule a pickup. If you request an exchange we will send out your new item(s) at that time. Please allow up to 5 business days for the return/exchange process.



Gift Cards

You can buy them at any of the store locations, or you can buy them online. Our gift cards are the perfect gift you can send to your loved ones! Choose from our selection of physical cards that you can use in our physical stores. You can purchase our virtual gift cards if you want to use one on our website. Our virtual gift cards are redeemable and they don’t require any shipping cost!


No, gift cards are non-returnable.


In-store gift cards are shipped through FedEx. Virtual gift cards are e-mailed to the recipient.

We are currently in the process of updating our website and adding items does take some time. We carry several products, many that are seasonal or only offered for a limited time, from over 2500 brands. Our website is updated daily so please check back often and see the new items that have been added. If you are unable to find what you are looking for, please get in touch with us. We are happy to help you.


Click on the “login or register” button. New customers can create an account. You will also be asked if you would like to create an account once you have placed an online order. If you create an account after you make an order, the order will not be joined to that account. All future orders will.


You do not need an account to order online, however with an account it will save time with future orders and you will be able to view your order history.



Account Benefits

Having an account allows you to manage your account from anywhere. “My Dashboard” gives you access to all of your account information and allows you to make changes to your account. With an account you can subscribe to our newsletter, do product reviews, edit the email, add virtual gift cards, check status and balance of gift cards, check store credit, view returns and more.


You can log in to your account using your desktop or laptop or mobile device by clicking on the sign in/register button at the top of the page.


If you can’t remember your password, click on the “forgot your password?” button. You will be asked for your email address, once you enter your email address hit “reset password” and you will receive a password reset link to the email you used when you created your account. You will be prompted to create a new password.


Once you log in it will bring you to “My Dashboard.” From your My Account Dashboard you can update your account information.

Unfortunately, we do not accept PayPal.

We currently ship out of the online store located in Idaho. We aim to ship most, if not all, of your order from one location— however, we have 30+ stores and may ship your order from a location that is closest to you. Please be aware that your order can ship from different store locations, and you may receive multiple packages. If this happens, you will NOT incur additional shipping charge.


At this time, Calranch.com can only ship to addresses within the continental United States.
